Chimney Sweep in Annex, New Haven

Yes. Annex is part of our regular chimney sweep coverage inside New Haven. New Haven Chimney Sweep dispatches the same crew that handles the rest of New Haven to Annex addresses.

New Haven Chimney Sweep can usually reach Annex within the same window we quote for the rest of New Haven, often the same day. If you have a tight time-of-day constraint, mention it when booking and we'll prioritize accordingly.

Documentation. We provide before/after photos at the firebox and cap level and, on request, a full in-flue camera pass you can keep. You get an itemized scope listing each part of the system we touched.

We photograph it, show you, and quote the deep-sweep tier needed to remove it before it becomes a chimney-fire risk. Most heavy-creosote re-cleans are handled on a single visit.

Our standard chimney inspection is $89, and that fee credits toward any sweep or repair we perform on the same visit. Final price depends on whether your fireplace is wood-burning or gas, how heavy the creosote buildup is, and whether the cap, crown, liner, or damper need work. Tell us your New Haven address and we'll quote a firm range before we drive out.
